Royal mail is a company operating worldwide that is providing parcel and post offices services in different regions of the world. It’s basically a UK based company. By the end of 1999 royal mail started enterprise system programme, in which their main goal was to bring finance and human resource into single platform.  The main reason behind combining them was to manage royal mail as single enterprise system.
